How Do You Select Your "Search Description Keywords and Phrases" for a blog article you want to post?

I currently use these three sites, Google Trends, Google Keywords and Ubersuggest. I am looking to see what suggestions you may have that may assist me in selecting better keywords and phrases. Thank you in advance for your response.

The first thing that you need to consider to optimize your site is to know your target audience, understand its needs and define your site’s main subject matter. This will help to give you an idea of the most common words that your prospects will use when they raise their concerns about your niche. After going through all this, I really don't see you would be in need of using various tools to find keywords!!
