What's a good CRM for a small company? - Preferably one I can install on my server?

  • So I have a small company of only three people are going to use the CRM software I need. I've checked out quite a number of web-based solutions (highrise/basecamp, sugar), but am wondering if I can just install something to my server that will function as a CRM? I run a marketing agency that deals with only a few clients. We're not sales oriented at all, it's all about having a place to store information on our (1)projects and (2)contacts. Suggestions/advice?
