Anything by the band http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khanate_(band). Their particular brand of extreme doom/drone metal kicks, pounds, grinds, and wails like a motherfucker, and will do the same to your psyche. The vocals have been described as sounding "like a psychopath being tortured". Not for the faint-of-heart, the weak-of-mind, or any gentle, kind souls. You have to have a pretty healthy dark side to appreciate their shit. Not recommended for newcomers to metal, as I could only tolerate them after being a diehard metal fan for about 3.5 years; you have to build up a tolerance to this stuff. It's physically painful to listen to, and makes you tense in all the wrong places, but you get a weird, disturbing pleasure out of their music at the same time. If their music were a drug, it would cause intense pain and nausea.  But if you can take it, welcome to the club bitch. It's a brutal club, but killer.
