We offer innovative & creative services when it comes to brands active online. Have been actively getting clients over past 2.5 years mostly via referrals. We are seeking expansion now and want to target a bigger base of businesses. No particular business domain in mind, but we have most of our work experience for retail / e-commerce / education / travel and a few other b2c businesses. Want to reach out to more brands and improve our conversion rates. Currently our conversion rates are pretty low (from a cold call to a final conversion). Also, the conversion cycle is more than a month which is pretty long. We thus want to improve our in house B2B marketing skills for - - Better conversion rates - Higher value services - Team development or a scalable model for marketing - Best known methods to handle follow ups, non responsive businesses, pricing and negotiation tactics.
