  • Answer:

First of all my friends these marriages are illegal in Islam. Google for "http://www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Ftimesofindia.indiatimes.com%2Findia%2FConversion-for-marriage-illegal-Deoband%2Farticleshow%2F3189995.cms&ei=2AX7U-f9OYXf8AX0o4E4&usg=AFQjCNFYSKDXlNpARXfqNC8MfTVNqgJH0w&sig2=1cqzEWKKA6Oal0RgwujK8g&bvm=bv.73612305%2Cd.dGc" Now, What happens in these marriages is the man or woman who is non muslim says what kazi says i.e. words of kalima without understanding its words. And some muslim sounding name is taken for official purposes.  And who is this kazi? he is specialist in these so called love marriages because no Maulanasahab who has got education from respected seminary would approve this type of thing. Nothing changes in the lifestyle or beliefs of the so called converted. If he was used to do pooja everyday it will be continued. if he was drinker it will continue. nothing changes. Person who converts in these marriages is not relegious from the start. So after conversion he keeps doing what he was doing. I will give you a nice little example. There was a man who died. In his will, he regretted about being a miser and had made provision that his horse which was worth 2000/-  should be sold and money from that sale should be given in charity. Now his wife, being his wife was a greater miser herself. So what she did was put horse and cat on sale together. whoever purchased cat for 2000/- would get horse for 5/-. And after selling both she gave 5/- in charity. This is what is happening in these marriages. In this great Bharat we dont need seularism, because nobody knows what the hell that means. What we should do and encourage is tolerance. When a couple of friends go to hotel, all are non vegetarians except one who is vegetarian. So everybody orders vegetarian food for the sake of that one person. And that my friends is tolerance which we need. Not that our great nation doesn't have it but we should increase it. Once this elderly muslim and a sardarji were travelling in same compartment during month of Ramadan. Sardarji didn't knew that a traveller is exempted from fast. So when that elderly person took out his food sardarji remarked that, "chacha, I have brought my own food and it is past time that I take my lunch, but I didnt had my lunch because I thought you were observing fast." This is what we common people should do with each other. Jay hind Jay Maharashtra.

This is a tough one! I am a hindu man married to a muslim woman. It can get problematic no doubt as tolerance is far less to zilch in islam when compared to any other religion. There is much ambiguity in the way the religion is taught as many people from islam are peaceful and against the rigidity that islam imposes upon them from childhood, at the same time the rigidity does definitely make them loyal to their religion so much so that they cant leave islam can't marry someone from outside of the religion and if they do marry it happens if the other religion individual converts to islam. If they do not then the family can disown them and refuse to accept the marriage or they will start pressurising their child and brainwashing them to leave their spouse and threaten for cases. In my example I am fed up with my wife, she is extremely immature, doubtful and manipulative. Its been quite some time I have spent with her and i see these behaviors havent changed and have come to understand they wont, now when I try and leave her on a posiitive note and ending everything on a positive note, I get threats of fake cases and trust me with the law being more women concentric even innocent men have been trapped before and no man wants to see himself or his family down that road. Their thought is limited hence when I speak about leaving they come down to Dahej which I have never taken from them, so much so my rent and deposit for my house is my money not her or her family's or my family's either. Plus the kazi who got us married has taken it in writing from her that she got married to me and came without a rupee. All this makes me feel more bitter and the reason for me to continue is verbal assurance that if we have kids they will be hindu, still I thought its best to consult a lawyer, he said I can say talaaq 3 times and I get a talaaq nama which can be filed for a divorce decree, irrespective my wife has agreed for a divorce or not, to add to that he said if I am unhappy with previous threats I can also put a restraining order on her which I feel is cruel and unacceptable to be doing to someone who chose to be with me out of love and now since things are not working out it doesn't give anyone the right to lash out at the other or take things to court and make it ugly for themselves and the significant other and not to mention their families so I haven't taken any such harsh decision and have been trying to reason with my wife about our temperaments, marriage and future so she can see it is a better decision for both of us to separate sooner as the more time the more entanglement and the more difficulty and the more resentment, however this comes back as accusations of being involved with other women! to let you know I married at an age before 25 I been married for over 3 years, I converted to Islam on paper for the marriage and have been living in the same city as my parents do and have been paying rent and have been extremely loyal to my wife even though she left to go be in another city for a long period. I'm not saying I should be praised or that no man would do it, I'm sure there can be people as or more selfless, however it needs to be reciprocated in a manner that is conducive for growth and happiness not bitterness and downfall, I don't know if its the religion, however some muslims are really twisted and I believe its because they are brainwashed since a very young age and are brainwashed continually throughout which doesn't give them freedom of thought even. My wife has childish behavior where she is doubtful, insecure or feeling inferior about herself most of the time, to top this she accuses me of not loving her after everything I put myself through to be with her. This itself is problematic and then we have laws that are completely different and opposite in most instances. A hindu man wanting divorce can be thought of as leaving his wife for dowry by many of his good muslim friends just cause he is hindu and they have been brainwashed to think that way, little do they know I paid maher to get married and if a divorce happens i need to give her the meher amount along with maintenance until the divorce goes through. Its really a mental ruckess, still we are together, despite the difference in thought, upbringing, temperament and reasoning. I feel love can overcome most challenges a couple can face be it behavioral issues or social pressures. Sometimes we just need to focus on the love! everything else finds a way in time. Even then if it doesn't its better to remain righteous and part on a good note and not go out of your way to be cruel, there is no guarantee the other person will not be cruel towards you, but one must take their chances and do the right thing as at the end of the day you live with yourself more than anyone else and it is ok to be falsely implicated by law and be punished for things you havent done than to live with the guilt of doing something that was never your intention in the first place.

You seem like you have shit loads of time on your hands. Women and men can choose who they want to marry regardless of their religion, that's what's so great (or should, ideally be great) about India. Your paranoia and insecurity over women daring to marry outside their religion is pathetic and goes to show that you are a chauvinistic little pig (Fine, fine. Not pig. Be a cow). Sorry for going ad hominem on you but it's too bloody fun. Anyway, to get to the point: Women can marry whoever they want. Don't waste your breath in trying to stop them. If you really want more women to be hindu, try doing something about our fuck all sex ratio.
