MSN hotmail mobile version is?

Hello all i have a question so plz i need a fast answer my queston is when i open my MSN Messenger hotmail version 8.5 my laptop freeeeeezing and i can't do anything just i turn it off?

  First, try accessing Task Manager using ctl-alt-del. If you can't fix it that way, try a soft reboot (using ctl-alt-del twice). If that doesn't work, you can hard reboot by turning the computer off then back on. no retard just hit the easy button My msn use to do that when i would x out of people who where talking to me, I had added this zap thing or something i dont really remember but if you have that you might want to remove it. I had to and right time I did it stopped doing it, it also had did that to my friend..
