How do I get a job in Human Resources?

Applied online for a Nordstrom job.How long does it take to get back to me?Should I call them myself? If so what's their Human Resources no?

    You should always apply in person. Applying online often gets over looked. When I was a manager before becoming disabled we wouldn't consider people who would apply online, have their mom drop off the app or call to see if we were hiring. I think your best bet is to go in and ask to speak to a manager.
