How to weight a corn snake?

At what weight should a corn snake start eating hoppers

  • Answer:

The right weight to feed your corn snake hoppers is approximately 51-90g for a hopper that is 9-12g. Corn snakes should be fed around 4-5 days and as they reach maturity, they may be cut back to every 10-14 days. Learn more from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corn_snake.

Not by weight SIZE snakes in general can safely eat something twice the size of its head, so go from that. And corn snakes generally have smaller heads then most so going by weight doesn't work, I have 5 snakes 1pastel boa 1ribbon 3 ghost faced 1 of em being albino & one is 6ft so needs more food but has small head right so u just feed them more smaller not less bigger. https://www.cornsnake.net/care-sheets.html
