What Causes Red Veins in Whites of Eyes?

  • i woke up and saw that my right eye on the white part has some red vains on it and it looks like something is on it.. i have allergies in my eyes and also i do have sinus. is it the allergies and sinus causing the red vains and the glassy looking thing on my eye?
