Where To Buy Winter Clothes In Malaysia?

I am planning to go to Korea during december to buy clothes for the weather in Singapore. But will they have normal wear to buy in winter?

    Yes defiantly. If you go into stores(not venders on streets) you will find skirts and shorts (tanks maybe). Koreans actually wear shorts in winter but wear tights underneath. So no doubt you'll find shorts. Ive lived in Korea for two years.
