What are some good careers to go to college for?

What are some careers that you can go to college for only 2 years and get paid good

I want to be something in pediatrics or in a doctors office that isnt over whelming.
Answer:

A 2-year (associates) degree is not going to get you a high paying career in health care. In fact, that degree won't even qualify you to do anything above & beyond "office assistant". My advice: plan to go well beyond a bachelors degree if you want a career in health care OR consider an alternative career.

My uncle did medical assisting for 1 year and is getting $10-$14 an hour but two years which is nursing will get you double that !

What about a Medical Assistant Career? Courses dont take that long to complete and you can work in offices as an assistant and help keep the office running. Not that bad A?!
