If I go 24 hours without sleep, will I be able to change my jet lag?
-
I just came back from vacation and I've been sleeping at 4:00 a.m. everyday and I need to change that cause I'll be starting school in 6 days. I want to know: If I go 24 hours without sleep, will I be able to reset my body alarm clock so that I can wake up at 6:00 each day for school?

Answer:
That's what I use to do stay up all night/day and reset myself for school time it works.
