Is there a website or a resource designed specifically for FOR PROFIT organization or on starting a charity that IS NOT Non Profit?

I can't seem to find any information on starting a FOR profit organization or a Charity, is there anyone who has done this before that can help me, or is it possible for anyone to clarify this for me.
