What jobs can I apply to gain experience and work eventually as a Financial Analyst or Investment Banking Analyst?

I notice that a lot of FA or investment banking analyst ask for 1-3 experience but being a recent grad and having only one internship experience, what jobs should I apply to so i can get that 1 - 3 years of experience. Any suggestions?
