Why isnt Ask letting me update my profile image?

I keep clicking on the image I want as my profile and it wont update it I've tried with both their images and ones on the computer. HELP!

Answer:
The image your trying to upload may not be compatible with the Ask.com website. I of course do not work for Ask, but this has been my experience in the past.
