How do I know if he likes me as more than a friend?

How come this dude i know that likes me start flirting with my best friend ?

  • ok. . . this dude i know at school had my friend nick to ask me out and i said no. . . because im not aloud to date and i wasnt sure if i liked him. now he sees me everyday at school and smiles at me but my best friend said one day he can and gave her an hug from behind and he flirts with her all the time. Im kind of wonder if hes tryin to get closer to her since he knows shes my best friend or if he wanna get closer because he still like me. i know he doesnt like my best friend because he said it.

he probably just asking every girl he can or maybe he suddenly started liking her there no way to be absolutely sure but you shouldn't be to concerned if you don't like him and if you are worried about your friend then tell her your suspicions and if she decides to follow your advice our not is up to her and as a friend you did what you thought was right and should not feel guilty
