I am considering paralegal training. Is there good online training anywhere.

I want to become an airline pilot for a commercial airline. is it possible considering i pretty much have no money for training.

  • i am 44 yrs old and have been unemployed for almost a year i ve recently made a serious decision that i want to be an airine pilot for a large commercial airline. is this possible considering i pretty much have no money for training.

  • Answer:

Most airline pilots are former retired military pilots. They have hundreds, if not thousands of hours of flight time. If you have no training and are 44 years old then the odds will be stacked against you.

Could you check with the human resources department of an airline company and see what their requirements are? I had a cousin that piloted for a large airline. He had a degree in engineering, worked for Boeing building airplanes, then flew small planes in Alaska before being hired on. Maybe there is something related but more realistic you could shoot for, like maybe flying small planes. I don't know, I do know you will need to go to flight school. Have you applied for grants for your training? Or, have you applied to be retrained if your old job industry is fading, like the logging industry here in Oregon?
