What rights dose a minor have when dealing with police?

Me and my friend got pulled over we are 16 and 15. I don't think we have any rights, but can we refuse to awnser certain questions?
Answer:

you don't have to answer any questions if you don't want to. basically you have the same rights as an adult. if you are arrested don't answer any questions or sign anything till you have a lawyer.

minors have special rights. you are basically considered incapable of making your own decisions so you have to have a legal guardian with you at all times when being asked questions
