How do I easily and quickly remove unresolved email addresses from a large list of invites in Outlook?
-
I'm trying to send an invite to 300+ people from an old invite. During that time, some people have left so their email addresses no longer resolve. I cannot send the email until I remove all of these addresses. Is there an easier way to do this other than to Ctrl-K to start resolving, then every time an unresolved comes up, remove from the list and repeat the cycle until there are no more unresolved ones?

Answer:
You can remove them with a small script. If that's an acceptable solution, then I can provide the script and instructions for using it. This will only work on the PC version of Outlook.
