Where can I go to find recent college graduates with a PHD or MS in Computer Science from a top University?

    First off, before you gather names, you need to come up with a list of top graduate schools in computer science. To do that, I would suggest you check the http://www.usnews.com/education/worlds-best-universities-rankings/best-universities-computer-science list provided by US News & World Report. I am sure there are other sources, but I am not sure about their selection criteria. From there, you can use web sites like LinkedIn to search for students who went to those schools who graduated within say the last 2 years or so. You might be able to contact the schools themselves by reaching out to professors in those schools and try to get recommendations from them. It's even easier to establish contact with them before they graduate.  Are you looking for job candidates?  Most universities will let you interview on campus. Visit the top schools, interview some seniors, and they can begin work as soon as they graduate.
