How can I prepare myself for track season?

Whats a good daily workout to prepare for track season? i really need to get ready so i'm not out of shape!

    Track, that doesn't tell me what event you participate in. Assuming that you're running I would say run everyday, and vary your distance and speed from day to day. You should probably also do crunches.
