Can married Sims move in with other Sims?

Sims 3 ps3 i just got married to my new husband. i cant get him to move in ?

well as soon as we got married the msg thing said he is now in my household and has brought 13000 gifts and tax money in... BUT hes not in my household. i still have to ask him to spend the night.i have done everything to try and get the move in option to come on but it wont :( please tell me if im wasting my time and should just start all over

In order to move in with your husband in Sims 3 PS3, go to the friendly list and at the top where it says, you are being sociable or being friendly, the 'ask to move in' option will be available.
