I doubt it but lets hope so. Wouldnt it be a wonderful ideal?? To take away licensing from individuals who prove to be irresponsible. Especially from the medical career field. Why would you have back taxes? Do you not have taxes taken from your check? That is irresponsible. To think it would be easier to pay it in a lump sum or several smaller lump sums throughout the year in this economy is not a good idea.

No ... but they can slap a garnishment on your wages. And IRS tax garnishments are "give us *everything* that person makes over X dollars".
