Why did the questions I asked get deleted? (This will probably get deleted too.)

The first question was "If you can't ask survey/poll questions then why is one of the category options "Polls"?" After that got deleted I asked "Why did my last question get deleted?" That got deleted too.

i will say that there is a whole lot of confusion and it would/will help if they pull their heads out and at least to come out for air ..
