Can I get financial help while living abroad?

Section 8 housing list Can I get section 8 help if I am already living at the site I need help with the rent for?

  • Am living in a mobile home I own but need help with lot rent in Morgan Park, 99217. I will not be able to survive with out help. I am on SSI and for reasons I cannot explain here, the lot rent is due to be paid in 2 months, haven't had it til then.. was prepaid.
