Is Samsung SMX-C10 a good camera?

I want a top of the line Camera, like the ones featured on the iPhone 4s and Samsung Galaxy S3

• Firstly I never used the iPhone 4s for myself so I wouldn't know but I hear it has the same one featured on the Samsung Galaxy S3, which my mother purchased this month. I don't want to purchase a phone in itself, all I want it the camera, I want something lightweight, but the iPhone has much more than plain cameras? If the iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S3 have the same camera, they are both far better than these cameras. I figure I can get a smaller camera if they take out all the things featured in these phones, but which camera do you recommend? Before posting an answer I want the Cameras of the Galaxy S3 to be compared to the recommended Camera and I want a large Scale, high Pixel resolution for this, The camera needs to have easy navigations like the Galaxy, along with a Touch Screen.

  You need to realize that you cannot get a freestanding iPhone quality camera without the actual phone. The camera might be great for the iPhone, but it doesn't even come close to the quality stand-alone cameras in the market. You can get a Canon Powershot G1 X, Olympus XZ-1, or the Canon PowerShot S100.
