Is the North Ridge Backpack from L.L.Bean good for a middle school student?

I'm going into middle school this year (my middle school starts pretty late) and my PB Teen backpack is falling apart. It ripped during the year, and so we got a new one for free, but that one ripped too! We were looking at new backpacks for the school year and I found this one. So far it looks like a good backpack. Does anyone know what it holds and if it's a good brand? I also want to keep it for a few years. Is it worth buying?
