How come for some peoples profiles I can't see their followers or the people they're following?

Usually, when i go to someone's profile i see their followers and the people they're following on the right. But sometimes i go to people's profiles this information is not there.. why?

Answer:
It could be something as simple as they don't have any followers and aren't following anyone, they just enjoy the ability to ask and answer questions :)
