• I know rates are different based on age, time of day, how long etc. I'm thinking if offering a home Schooled teen a job watching my three yr old part time several hours at a time several days a week, It would be different times and days each week. my problem is the work I do I wanna make sure I actually make a profit to work and not just enough to cover supplies, gas , and daycare. I was thinking a flat rate owe week that would cover x??? hrs a week x???? days a week . so for example what would I pay for two days a week four/five hours each day?
