How do I get over my tumbling fear?

I am a cheerleader. 2 months ago I had a running back tuck and now I won't throw a running backhandspring with a spot. I will throw all the standing tumbling I want to like a standing back tuck. If I don't get my tumbling back soon I will get kicked off my high school varsity competition team! Please help and don't say the usual stuff like don't think about it, take deep breaths, or just know you can do it. I know I can do it I just can't get my self to please help and fast!!!!!!!!!!!!

To get over your tumbling fear, believe in yourself that you can. Make friends with someone who is good at that and tell them to assist you getting over your tumbling fear. This way it will be more easier since you will get someone to psyche you up.
