What are some food ideas to bring on a 2 week camping trip?

im going camping up about an hour away from the nearest store so im bringing everything with me.. its by a lake so will definetaly be catching some of my own food but what are some easy ideas for food that wont go bad?

Anything in can,jars,pre packaged items: chips,jar if peanut butter, can of beans,nuts, dried fruit,a cooler to keep things cold,and fresh. will you be in a rv? or in a sleeping bag,microwave accessible?
