How to clear single product fpc cache in magento?

Are there any magento extensions that allow you to have a visual product feed like on fab.com?

  • I want to integrate this into my skin care products website and add a little flavor of daily deals. As you can see in this initial wireframe http://paraventsetcubes.com/bellezza/ , the one product highlighted in the center will change daily, the product feed funcionality would enhance this concept further. Please view http://fab.com and notice the product feed button and pages. Thanks. Can this be done with custom development to my exisiting magento?
