There are many MySpace-like band pages (e.g. by Rootmusic) for Facebook Pages but I think this is not the perfect solution. We provide this functionality to upload your dates in to our database and then share them on FB and your wesbite and also within our custom mobile app. Also I don't think Facebook is the way to go here long term. You need to own your fan, not let FB own them. I would try something like http://www.GigRev.com which provides an app that collects your fans' details on installation and provides a private FB wall and life video feeds to fans and in app purchases of artists back calalogs. I would say this as i'm the CEO of the company but it really is a game changer what we are doing here.
