How can I start a social media marketing agency in a developing country?

• I live in a developing country where we have minimal knowlege of how the internet can help small businesses. I plan to setup a social media consulting firm to help put most small businesses here on the map. It seem am having difficulty passing my message accorss since most of them work offline. Can any give me ideas on how I can get them interstestd.

  My suggestion would be to first bring them online by building web portals for them. You will have to do the field work yourself because you can't expect them to come to you unless they realise the value of what you are doing. After that you should probably move to Social Media Marketing.
