According to the EU directives 94/19/EG (CELEX Nr: 394L0019), 97/9/EG (CELEX Nr: 397L0009) und 2009/14/EG (CELEX Nr: 309L0014) certain minimum requirements such as 100% refund with 100.000 EUR tops (per client and institute) are ensured by the 'Einlagensicherungs- und Anlegerentschädigungsgesetz (EAEG).
