Age Verification in iPhone App (How to Verify User's Age if He/She is Over 18)?

• How can I verify user's age if he/she is over 18 to use an iPhone app? For example, in certain country, an user must be over 18 to legally use an online dating service. In this there are 2 method to verify user's age if he/she is over 18: 1. Register credit card (in my country only 18 or older can make a credit card). 2. Send an scanned copy of either passport or driver's license (pretty tough lazy people). I would like to verify user's age with credit card. But the problem is that Apple does not allow payment service other than Apple's payment system (e.g. In-App Purchase). Therefore, I believe I cannot verify user's age with a credit card, since Apple will probably not accept my app for review. In this case, what are my options to verify user's age? How are other iPhone app verifying user's age to deliver service for people older than 18? Does Apple provide anything to developers to verify user's age? It would be very helpful if we can get an advice ;)!

  Don't, just set the age rating on iTunes to 17+.
