Google Adsense will it banned like this?

Does being banned by google adsense effect the account holder or the effected URLs?

• I am thinking about buying a few web sites; the seller disclosed that the web sites have had their adsense removed (they were banned).  If I buy these web sites is it possible to get adsense back on them?  According to the seller they were banned for suspected suspicious clicking.

• Answer:

  If the owner said the websites were banned by adsense that means no one can run adsense ads on the domain. You can try an appeal but it's unlikely.
