How to retrieve a JSON as an object in Android?

How can I retrieve an object from the web interface of Fluidinfo?

  • Say, I create an object by right clicking on a webpage. Then I start filling in all the fields on the resulting relevant fluidinfo form (like/comment/etc, I also fill in "info" and "description" field). So now I have an object in my namespace (in fact that object is now *somewhere* in fluidinfo and has an identity) and I let it out when I press the submit button. But why can I not easily retrieve that "object" when I want when I query fluidinfo? It's quite frustrating. I probably am not understanding the object or concepts behind fluidinfo. Please help.

  • Answer:

All the information attached to an object is linked to its "about" tag. For example, I just added some information about the object "", which can be found either by typing this tag name into the Fluidinfo search box or pointing my browser to http://fluidinfo.com/about/#!/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.quora.com If you don't know what the about tag was, you can search through your own namespaces to find the original object. As far as I know, there's not a way to do this using the web interface, but it's trivial to do using the Fish shell. In the browser-based shell (http://abouttag.appspot.com/fish), you can type: show -q 'has jsiegle/comment' /fluiddb/about And it will bring up the name of every object I've commented on (in this, case, just the Quora URL). Hopefully that answers your question.
