Is there an app better than Skype?

If your company was mobile video conferencing service that was rapidly growing and Skype released their mobile app, how would you compete?

• Tango has an awesome service and I'd say quality wise it beats Skype's.  But as many of us know, even if you're growing fast and you have better quality, a competitor with market share upgrading their capability has a dominant position.  Besides, who needs two of these services, not to mention that Skype owns the desktop where Tango doesn't yet have an app for that.  So I'm wondering outloud, what Tango might do to compete with the 800 lb gorilla in Skype?

  For corporate use, Skype is incredibly bad. It is, in fact, difficult to imagine someone coming up with something worse. In most ways it's still a tool designed, and only suitable, for college kids to talk to their parents once a week. And its biggest competitor as of right now is a product from its new owner - but that product will only run on Windows. So if I was Tango, I'd be looking for ways to promote my product as a cross platform communications tool loaded with features that make it easy for corporate customers to manage hundreds or thousands of users. If it isn't that, it needs to be. Someone has to do this besides Google.
