  There aren't a lot of good options, but here's the landscape as of October, 2010: 1. Buy "http://PostSeason.TV" coverage from http://MLB.com for $10. It let's you see what the cameras show and hear the broadcast audio, but you don't get the broadcast feed.  So, for instance, you just see what the first base camera shows.  It gave me a lot more appreciation for the video editing that the networks do.  The audio is often unsynched with the video and if you have more than one video feed going (you can have up to 4), they're often un-synched, by up to 10 or 15 seconds (sometimes they were off by a whole at-bat, which was *really* confusing. This option is available to people throughout the US and Canada with no blackouts. I do not believe it is available outside the US. Buy the http://MLB.TV pass for $20 and watch the games live as they are broadcast (only available outside the US and Canada) or 15 minutes after they finish (available inside the US and Canada).  Not a great option if you want to see things live, but it does feature the broadcast feed. 3. Watch ESPN.com's "Gamecast" for free via http://ESPN.com.  There's no audio (other than the between-inning video ads) and there's no video; just a visual representation of the field with balls, strikes, and outs, along with tabs for statistics, and plays.  It's pretty minimal, but free and pretty close to live. You can pair that with a radio broadcast to get a fair version of the game. 4. Engage in other generally accepted shenanigans to get live TV on your computer (i.e., with software, illegal rebroadcasts, etc.)
