How can one publish posts under different tabs on a word press blog?

Typically, you can publish posts on the 'home' page only as the other tabs are static. How can one publish posts continuously under all tabs of a wordpress site?

Not 100% certain I understand you, but if when you are saying "tabs" you mean navigation menu items, then this can be done by categorizing your WordPress posts (Have you created categories under the dashboard->Posts->Categories? If not, do so first.) Then, you can go to Appearance->Menus to create your own navigation menu and add a menu item with one or more of the categories of posts. This then creates a new navigation menu where your "tabs" will pull the posts of each of the categories you added to the menu.

How is that possible? Publishing posts happen only on the BLOG page, because you designate that page within the Reading settings. Name all your tabs as Categories. Using the menu system, ensure each tab refers to the correct category. Now, when you publish a certain category post, it will appear in that category tab. However, if you need all posts to appear in all tabs, make sure, you click all the category boxes under the said post.
