If you wanted to give training about Digital Marketing to your sales and marketing team then who is right person in your company to advice you?

Hire someone who asks: Who are we marketing to using digital technology and why are we taking this route?  The point: someone who has had both types of experiences: good technical knowledge and marketing experience in a small start-up that had to bootstrap would be the best candidate.  If you can't find someone with both types of knowledge, then hire a consultant who understands both the technical and practical marketing concerns that should be taken into consideration.

I have around 7 years experience in Digital Marketing in the corporate world. Apart from that I am a guest faculty on digital marketing at Wigan & Leigh College. Training students to aspire digital marketing professionals is whole lot a different scenario than training executives for the real life opportunities. I would suggest the right candidate should be one who himself has the experience to digital marketing front.
