What should I include in the preschool monthly/yearly newsletter?

Is there an email newsletter platform enabling you to include an article excerpt and then provide a link that expands the text?

ie. without including a 'Read More' that takes the reader to a separate website - I just want the newsletter text to expand and collapse. Any templates available (I'm not a coder!)
Answer:

I am by no means a coder, but I don't think this is possible. This would require something other than HTML which is what pretty much all email newsletters/templates are coded with. The reason is because emails clients (Gmail,Yahoo! Mail, etc.) won't handle things such as JavaScript for security reasons.
