His agent is WME, but perhaps it's a publicist's job to keep this stuff up to date? Are the people in that industry just not web savvy?

Find he/she via their agency social media presence and send them an "at message" (not a DM (direct) via Twitter. Or, try comments via wherever their agency brand has a presence.
