Where can one get high quality screen printing and embroidery on demand?

  • I'm willing to pay a higher price per item or for the initial item requiring that the embroidery and/or screen print be set up but what I can't do in this case is stock inventory. As such, I'm looking for a web service that prints and embroiders on demand and drop ships. To be clear, I'm not looking for digital printing the likes of which you get from Cafepress, Zazzle, etc.  Screen printing results in the longer lasting, quality art on apparel. Please only answer if your suggestion clearly provides the higher quality screen printing and/or embroidery.

You might be able to find a shop to do that for embroidery, but it's not worthwhile for a screen printer to make screens and set up a machine for one-off prints. You're going to have to deal with order minimums. You might find a shop that is willing to warehouse and drop ship your shirts, but you'll still have to pay for a large order up front (my company does that for some customers, but we work large brands and orders of 1000+ pieces)

I've been using http://ThePRintful.com for that sort of stuff, they off direct to to garment, screen printing, embroidery and art printing. And basically you can white label it so it looks like its coming form your company (ie your custom logo sticker slapped on the customer's package).I've also heard of similar services from Scalable Press, Print Aura, and Jak Prints, but liked how easy it was to set up Printful with my existing online store + the range of services they offer.
