What are the most reputable brands of offshore fishing boats in the 24'-36' range?

Some of the highest regarded fishing boats in that size range are: Yellowfin Jupiter Contender Regulator Hydra Sports Pursuit Sea Craft Edgewater Key West Southport Sea Vee Fountain Everglades Grady White As you can see there are a TON of great boats in this size range. They also have a pretty wide price range at the length range you indicated (like double the cost for a 36' vs a 24' boat) and also due to type and quality of construction, rigging, etc.  I would recommend you spend some time of the boating/fishing forum called, "The Hull Truth" http://www.thehulltruth.com   there is a ton of good information there and the people on the forum are well informed and share opinions/experiences freely. There is also a section wthere where you can look at a lot of boats for sale by owner, to get an idea of the pricing for (used) boats in the size you're looking for. (Just as an aside, I've fished on a few of the boats listed above. and if I had the coin I'd go with a Yellowfin or Jupiter, hands down), both are exceptionally well built boats that ride and handle great. They are VERY popular in Florida and up the east coast.
