Can we use a BlackBerry device as an internet modem and use the BlackBerry internet service data plan, so we can access internet anywhere from computer?

Answer:
You can. The concept is called tethering. However, it is controlled by your service provider. Some service providers don't allow it especially the ones with unlimited data plans. You can contact them to see how to do it or post a comment here on which service provider you're using and I'll see if I can help you out.
