Did Steve Jobs have a 'long term' secretary / executive assistant?

Interested to know who was it, and what sort of person. Given the description of Jobs' character in Walter Isaacson's biography of Jobs, I can imagine that only a certain type of person would have been able to cope with, and satisfy Jobs' quirks/needs.
