From my experience, during the week it is about every 18-24 hours, but then on the weekends it seems to be about 36 hours for an update. (I check it at least every hour while awake) Developer Tip: Due to my impatience and need for immediate stats :) , I built a custom registration jar for my apps so I can know live time how many downloads I have. Just add the Jar, call 1 function and I get to know immediately how many people are downloading my app: Here are today's stats for one of my apps:
