Where Do I Place Google Analytics Code Inside a .ASPX Page?

Can tracking code (i.e. Google Analytics) be added to the Cybersource Hosted Order Page?

  • Using the Cybersource HOP forces visitors off the original domain, breaking conversion funnels and resulting in a second visit once the visitor returns to the original domain's receipt page. Can code be added to the HOP to close this gap?

  • Answer:

    The CyberSource HOP won't allow for a call out to any third parties (even Google =)) .  CyberSource has a new product called Secure Acceptance currently in the sandbox (CAS) environment where analytics will be built-in over the coming months.  Again, Secure Acceptance won't make a call out to a third party either.  The analytics will be available in the CyberSource Business Center for export.
